By placing your order, you are deemed to have understood, consented and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:

GRAZING TABLES & EVENT SETUPS
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date for your event and is non refundable. The remaining 50% is due one on the first of the month prior to your event date. Any orders less than $300 require full payment upfront. Order is not confirmed until proof of payment has been sent via bank transfer or invoice. Pricing in packages excludes GST.

PROP USAGE - STANDARD GRAZING TABLES (FLAT LAYS, TABLESCOPES)
We don't provide any table cloths, tables or props for our STANDARD GRAZING TABLES. We will be in contact with you about your options and our recommendations prior to your event.

PROP USAGE - LUXE WHITE PLINTHS
For out Luxe tables we offer complimentary Prop Usage of our white plinths. We require a $200 handling fee and bond paid in CASH upon our arrival to cater for your event. These are to be returned 24-48 hours after your event to the kitchen in Windsor. Should there be any damage (chips, marks or scratches) or not cleaned your bond is non-refundable. We will advise of any of these defects with video/photo footage prior to setting up so you agree to any new additons.

DELIVERY
All deliveries made are ran by a third party company unless advised. THECOOKIECART&CO takes no responsibility for wrong delivery addresses upon checkout even if you message us personally to change. Delivery times are not guaranteed, only requested and take no responsibility for third party couriers.

MINIMUM ORDER NOTICE
We require a minimum of 24-48 hours notice for any Grazing Boxes, and cannot guarantee that they will be delivered. We will be in contact with you should we be unable to fulfil the delivery, however the order will still be ready for collection. Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order if you are unable to collect, this is a risk you as the client takes for only giving the minimum notice.

POSTAGE
To comply with FSANZ (Food Safety Standards Australia and New Zealand), we are umable to post Grazing Boxes or Cookies. Please be careful when checking out - if you select this you will not be refunded.

THICKK COOKIES
All THICKK Cookie orders can only select a maximum of 3 flavours due to production times. Not all THICKK Cookies come iced, only a selection of flavours. Images have been used for marketing purposes only. Cookie are best eaten 2-5 days of receiving, and can be kept in an air-tight container for up to two weeks. They can be frozen forum to 2 months. Don't forget to heat your cookies up for 30 seconds for the ultimate experience! Please note if there is no certain THICKK Cookie flavour in stock that you have requested you will be substituted another option you have selected. This is for supplier purposes.

ALLERGES/DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
There may be traces of nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat in all stages of prepping and cooking - please advise us if you have an allergy in the notes section on your order.

QUALITY OF WORK
We aren't a hobby or side hustle business. We are qualified, with over 11 years of experience in Hospitality management. Our pricing reflects the premium quality of hand picked suppliers and vendors. We will not and cannot price match. Our pricing factors in legal requirements with local council registration, ABN and insurances.

CANCELATIONS OF EVENTS
Any cancellation or change to our service whatsoever MUST be advised to @THECOOKIECART&CO in writing as soon as possible. Notice of cancellation or any changes to our service will not be deemed received unless it is in writing from you as the client. Pending circumstance cancellations may result in loss of deposit, or change of date. However lease note, pricing isn't guaranteed due to inflation pricing pending new future date selected.

CANCELATION OF EVENTS CTND
If cancellation of your booking is initiated by you (or your representative), all monies paid to date will be forfeited and credited with a 6-12 month validation.

UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES (COVID-19, NAURAL DISTASTERS)
If by reason of any fact, circumstance, matter or thing beyond the control of @THECOOKIECART&CO occur resulting us being unable to wholly or in part carry out its obligations under the agreement, THECOOKIECART&CO is relieved of those obligations under this agreement to the extent and for the period that it is unable to carry out same and the risk of frustration is to be borne by you. In the event of a natural disaster we do not refund if unable to attend event, and a credit will be supplied with validation between 6-12 months.

NO TWO BOXES, OR SPREADS ARE EVER THE SAME.
Whilst all custom orders (applies to all services offered), are taken into the clients consideration and request, we do have the right to tweak minor details including flavours, decorations and or supplier availability. Whilst we do our best to ensure you as the client receives what they ask for, we do have the eye for detail and experience in the industry. Final product may be tweaked slightly for the clients best interest from a styling and copyright point of view. We ask you to trust and respect this term and condition.

IMAGES SUPPLIED WHEN IN BOOKING & DISCUSSIONS.
If we feel the need to advise and refer your request to a photo that we have previously done in the past we will do so. If you aren't happy with the images despite the request on the table we ask for you to bring to our attention as what we correspond in communications prior will override what the package is named on the website. (From a business perspective these names of packages are categorises for accounting and sorting purposes.) Food may change or differ slightly pending our written communications prior to the event. No refunds applied to miscommunications. We kindly ask you to remember we aren't only refunding our supplies, we are also refunding our time and labor.

CONSUMPTION / NON-LIABILITY FOR RISK
All products must be consumed within three (3) hours after the grazing table has been set up or from the delivery of platter box / board pursuant to existing government rules and regulations.
Consumption of said products beyond the said period shall be at your own risk.
THECOOKIECART&CO shall not be liable for any resulting damage, injury or sickness whatsoever, whether remote or proximate, for failure to consume the same within said period or for the customer’s failure to take health, safety and hygienic measures in the consumption and handling thereof.
